Jena de Herrera has a diverse work experience. Beginning in 2016, they worked as a Performance Specialist Intern at Google for a few months. Afterward, they joined Evolve Vacation Rental, where they held several roles. As an Owner Support Specialist, they provided assistance to vacation rental owners through various channels. Jena then progressed to become a Team Lead, managing day-to-day operations and conducting hiring. Later, they became a Manager of the Owner Support Team, overseeing a group of employees and serving as an escalation point for difficult cases.
