Malik Arshad began their work experience in 1995 as an Engineer at CommQuest Technologies. In this role, they designed modules and developed the company's DFM methodology. Malik then joined Alcatel in 1997 as a Sr. Manager I.C. Design, where they managed multiple development projects and led the development of network processors.
In 2005, Malik co-founded Xceler Networks, where they designed wire speed network security technologies and developed algorithms for network security modules. Afterward, they worked at Teradyne as a Sr. IC Engineer, focusing on the development and verification of memory testers and mixed signal ASICs.
Most recently, Malik joined Canoga Perkins in 2010. Malik held various positions, including Manager FPGA and Vice President of Engineering and Development. During their tenure, they managed all aspects of product development, sustaining engineering, and customer/technical support. In August 2019, Malik became the President of Canoga Perkins.
Malik Arshad completed their Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology in 1989. Malik then pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin from 1990 to 1993.
