Caroline Deacon McIpd

Caroline Deacon MCIPD has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Caroline started their career at Vent-Axia in 1996, where they served as an Executive Assistant for ten years. In 2005, they joined Toshiba Medical Systems Limited as an HR Manager and later became the Head of HR in 2015. Currently, they hold the position of HR Director at Canon Medical Systems Limited, a role they assumed in 2021.

Caroline Deacon MCIPD completed a BA (hons) degree in Leadership and Management from The Open University between 2010 and 2016.
