Chris Twiner

Chris Twiner, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of National Support Solutions VL/Xray at Canon Medical Systems USA, Inc., overseeing a team of 12 support engineers and managing the introduction of new products and customer education within the field. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of Regional Service Manager at BC Technical, Inc., where responsibilities included supervising 19 field service engineers across four states. Chris began the career as a Field Engineer at BC Technical, demonstrating a commitment to customer service and operational excellence. With extensive experience at GE Healthcare, Chris managed national and international support for Nuclear Medicine products and served in multiple engineering roles, enhancing technical expertise and service delivery. Chris's educational background includes an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, a BBA from the University of Phoenix, and a Higher National Diploma in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from Coventry University.
