Karen Platts

Karen Platts is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and sales within the healthcare and retail sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Associate Account Manager in Payer Sales at Outcomes™ since August 2020, Karen has previously held various managerial roles at Argus Health Systems, including Account Manager and Government Programs Medicare Front End Process Manager. Additional experience includes positions at SS&C Technologies, DST Pharmacy Solutions, Kohl's Department Stores, Target, and Sears, Roebuck and Co., where Karen developed skills in logistics, human resources, and operations management. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and has pursued further education at North Iowa Area Community College and Des Moines Area Community College.
