Neil Palmer

Neil Palmer has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Neil is currently employed as the Chief Product Security Officer at Canon Production Printing since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Canon Europe Ltd. from 2015 to 2022 as a European Business Information Security Specialist. Before that, they were a Pre Sales Manager at Blackthorn Technologies from 2014 to 2015. Neil also has a long tenure at Canon Europe Limited, where they held various roles including EMEA Solutions Planning Director, Information Assurance & Coherence Manager, Solutions Consultant, and Technical Coordinator from 1995 to 2014. Neil started their career as a Regional Technical Trainer at Canon (UK) Ltd in 1989.

Neil Palmer attended Carshalton College from 1982 to 1983, where they studied electronics. Neil then enrolled at the Engineering Industry Training Board in 1983 to 1984, focusing on electronic engineering and engineering in general. Finally, they pursued their education at Croydon College from 1983 to 1988, specializing in electronics engineering.
