Eric O'Brien

Eric O'Brien is a seasoned procurement professional with extensive experience in sourcing and contract management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Procurement at Canon USA since May 2014, Eric has been instrumental in developing category strategies and optimizing work streams for indirect spending across Canon Americas. Prior to this role, Eric held various positions at EmblemHealth from 1997 to May 2014, including Director of Procurement and AD Purchasing, where responsibilities encompassed managing print and fulfillment sourcing as well as overseeing corporate records administration with a focus on HIPAA compliance. Eric's earlier career included a managerial role at Vytra Health Plans. Eric holds an MBA in Business from Dowling College, where professional development occurred from 1995 to 1997.
