Debbie Rowland

Debbie Rowland serves as Senior Legal Counsel at Canoo since March 2022, bringing extensive legal experience from prior roles as an Associate at Hogan Lovells and Yamasaki & Partners. Previously, Debbie worked as Legal Counsel at Fujitsu and held the position of Assistant Director at Reservoir Engineering Research Institute. Debbie's educational background includes a J.D. from BYU Law School and a BAS in Earth Systems & Japanese from Stanford University. Additional studies were completed at the Inter-University Center for Japanese Language Studies and Temple University Japan, along with coursework at Texas Tech University School of Law.
