Steve Harney

Steve Harney has over 30 years of diverse professional experience in operations and human resources. Since July 2016, Steve has served as the Head of Group Operations at Canopius Group, overseeing procurement, operational resilience, business continuity, premises, and complaints. Prior to this role, Steve was the Deputy Head of HR EMEA at MUFG for 18 years, functioning as a senior HR generalist. Earlier in the career, Steve worked as a payroll manager at GIANT ACCOUNTS LIMITED and as a retail banking associate at NatWest, providing a solid foundation in both management and banking operations.
