Courtney McLaughlin serves as the Education Services Manager at Canopy Realtor® Association since June 2013, where a focus on enhancing educational offerings has led to the introduction of new real estate certifications and impactful Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Additionally, Courtney curates a global roster of speakers for workshops and develops engaging content for various communication channels. With prior experience as a Business Owner at Bella Communications Inc. and roles at The Charlotte Observer and the Unitarian Universalist Community of Charlotte, Courtney has built a strong career in communications and education management. Courtney holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
