P.eng. Mike Barbour M.eng.

Mike Barbour, P.Eng., M.Eng. serves as the Engineering Manager at Canplas Industries Ltd since August 2022, previously holding similar managerial roles at Magna International from November 2000 to August 2022. With extensive experience in program and project management, Mike has successfully overseen all aspects of numerous engineering programs, ensuring collaboration among teams and adherence to technical and financial objectives. Responsibilities included the development and implementation of Engineering Change and Document Control Management systems, as well as leading the launch of various molding and sealing systems. Mike's educational background includes a Master of Engineering in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Engineering Science in Materials Engineering from Western University.
