Benedikt Sons

Benedikt Sons began their career in 2010 as an Intern at Volkswagen Group of South Africa. In 2013, they joined Bayer Business Consulting as a Consultant and then Volkswagen Consulting China as a Consultant. In 2014, they moved to Volkswagen Consulting as a Strategy Consultant. In 2017, Benedikt Sons co-founded Cansativa Group, where they served as Managing Director and CEO. During their time at Cansativa Group, Benedikt Sons developed a strong strategy, used analytics and data to identify growth markets and segments, communicated with investors, suppliers, wholesalers, and politicians, structured new business models and collaborations, and successfully drove the business from a financial perspective.

Benedikt Sons completed a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Engineering and Management) at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Benedikt then went on to complete a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Engineering and Management) at the same institution. Benedikt Sons also earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Economics and Management from UC San Diego.
