Dr. Isabelle Ermer

Dr. Isabelle Ermer has worked in various roles since 2012. Dr. Isabelle began their career at Abercrombie & Fitch Co. as a Recruiting, Training & Operations Manager. In 2015, they moved to Brooklyn Soap Company where they were a Human Resources & Organizational Strategy Manager. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Research & Community Manager for DGFP - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V., where they were responsible for publishing current research and HR trends, scientific corporations, and lighthouse project management. In 2019, they joined PREDICTA|ME GmbH as a Business Development Manager and Diversify GmbH as a Human Resources Strategy Consultant. In 2021, they moved to Zortify as a People & Operations Management and in 2022 they became the Head of People and Organization at Cansativa Group.

Dr. Isabelle Ermer received their PhD in Business Psychology from Zeppelin University, Friedrichshafen in 2021. Before that, they earned their Master of Arts in Communications and Cultural Management from the same university in 2016. Dr. Isabelle also earned their Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sigmund Freud PrivatUniversität Wien in 2011.
