Milton Yang

Milton Yang is an experienced professional in the aviation and technology sectors, currently serving as a Steering Committee Member for the Operations Standing Committee at CANSO since February 2019, where leadership on ATM operational issues is provided alongside the promotion of industry best practices. Additionally, Milton holds the position of Sr. Director of Business Development and Director of Engineering at Leidos since August 2016, overseeing the planning and execution of engineering activities for the SkyLine ATM product. Prior to these roles, positions included System Integration Manager and Integration and Test Manager at Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities encompassed managing integration and test activities for significant FAA contracts. Milton’s career also features roles as Development Team Lead and System Architect at Lockheed Martin. Educational qualifications include a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and an MS in Systems Engineering from George Mason University.
