Matt Willoughby

Matt Willoughby is a dedicated Health Protection Officer at Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury since August 2012, specializing in communicable disease and epidemiological investigations, public health responses to environmental incidents, and regulatory assessments under the Resource Management Act.
