Olivia Clendon

Olivia Clendon is a highly experienced pharmacist currently serving as a Medicines Utilisation Pharmacist at Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury since October 2013. Prior to this role, Olivia worked as an eMedicines Management Pharmacist at Nelson Marlborough District Health Board from March 2011 to November 2012, and as a Clinical Pharmacist at Southern District Health Board from January 2007 to March 2011. Olivia holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Pharmacy from the University of Otago, obtained between 2008 and 2010, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Sydney, completed from 2002 to 2005. Olivia's educational foundation was established at Girton Grammar School, where studies were completed from 1995 to 2001.
