Alessandro Sangiorgio

Alessandro Sangiorgio is a dedicated medical professional currently serving as a Resident Doctor and Orthopaedic Researcher at Ente Ospedaliero Cantonale (EOC) since December 2021. Prior experience includes a Degree Thesis Internship in the Neurosurgery department at Ospedale Sant'Anna from March to September 2021, focusing on the experimental anatomical study of the lateral sellar region, as well as a Research Internship at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark in August 2021, involving anatomic dissection of the lateral sellar compartment. Additionally, Alessandro completed an internship in the Pneumology department at ICS Maugeri SpA Società Benefit in late 2019. Alessandro holds a Laurea magistrale in Medicina e Chirurgia from Università degli Studi dell'Insubria, achieved between September 2015 and September 2021, and a scientific high school diploma from Istituto Dedalo Orsoline di San Carlo, obtained in July 2015.
