Brian Dundr

Brian Dundr is an experienced operations manager with a diverse background in the food service and real estate industries. Currently serving as the Deli Manager at Cantoro Italian Market Inc since December 2014, Brian has a track record of overseeing operations effectively. Previously, as Sales Manager at The Agentcy Real Estate Firm from September 2015 to August 2018, responsibilities included managing operations as well. Early career experience includes positions as a Level III Gaming Dealer at MGM Grand Detroit, Table Games Dealer, and Operations Manager at Hard Rock Cafe, where Brian managed store operations across multiple locations. Brian began professional endeavors as General Manager at Lonestar Steakhouse, responsible for all operations for the Southeastern Michigan region.
