Dale Harper

Dale Harper is Senior Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Canyon Midstream Partners. Previously Dale served as Senior Vice President of Engineering for Laser Midstream, where he was responsible for the design and operation of the pipeline systems and surface facilities. He has over 25 years of experience in the petroleum chain, from operating petrochemical plants to risk management.Dale began his career at Amoco Chemical as a process engineer, working in various chemical plants throughout Texas and Illinois before being promoted to plant manager. Following Amoco, he worked for Exxon USA negotiating supply agreements for the refinery and chemical plants. Dale left Exxon to join Nuevo Energy as Director of Marketing and Risk and was part of the transition team following the merger with Plains Exploration and Production.

Dale holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University in Kankakee, IL.
