Leandro A. Castellanos is a licensed Civil Engineer with expertise in structural engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer at CAP Government, Inc. since May 2019, Leandro's role includes engineering consultancy, structural inspection, and plan examination within the City of Hollywood's Development Services, Public Utilities, and Building Department. Prior experience includes a senior project engineer position at Facade + Envelope Engineering Consultants, where management and training of engineering teams were key responsibilities. Leandro has also worked as a surveyor at South Peninsula Surveying, a structural engineer at Empresa de Proyectos para la Básica, and an assistant project manager at Contingente Fructuoso Rodríguez.
