Owen J. Karickhoff, P.E. is a seasoned civil and environmental engineer with extensive experience in project management and regulatory compliance across various sectors. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer Consultant for the City of Miami’s Department of Resilience and Public Works, Owen has previously held significant roles at WCA Waste, GHD, and CT Consultants, demonstrating expertise in solid waste facility design, permitting, construction management, and environmental compliance. With a strong educational background in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Virginia and further studies in Civil and Environmental Engineering at Virginia Tech, Owen has consistently provided technical guidance and project oversight throughout a diverse career that includes roles with industry leaders such as URS Corporation and Dames & Moore.
