Donna then worked as a Senior Recruiter/Retention Specialist at DecisionOne/Alorica from 2003 to 2006, where they successfully reduced turnover and improved employee engagement through various initiatives. In 2006, Donna joined CAP Tulsa as a Senior HR Manager and played a crucial role in employee success and engagement.
