Joseph Péteul

Joseph Péteul has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Joseph is currently the Founder & CTO of Cap8, a capital management company that utilizes human and machine power to predict market dynamics and deliver optimal returns. Prior to this, Joseph was a MIT Sloan Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management from 2017 to 2018.

Before joining MIT, Joseph worked as the Deputy CEO for the YellowKorner Group, where they created the structure and developed the North American market from scratch. Joseph successfully made North America the first foreign market for the group, only second to the domestic market in France. Joseph held this position from 2013 to 2017.

Joseph also worked as an M&A Director at Capitalmind from 2007 to 2012, focusing on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to that, they worked in the Consolidation department of Groupe PSA Peugeot Citroën from 2006 to 2007. At the beginning of their career, Joseph gained experience in auditing as part of Deloitte from 2004 to 2006.

Joseph Péteul completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Analytics from the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Joseph attended the program from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, they pursued a Master's degree in Management, Grande Ecole from ESSEC Business School from 2002 to 2007, focusing on Finance.
