Santiago Guzman

Santiago Guzman's work experience includes founding and serving as CEO of Cap8, a capital management company. Cap8 uses a combination of human and machine power to predict market dynamics and deliver optimal risk-adjusted returns. Prior to Cap8, Santiago was a MIT Sloan Fellow at MIT Sloan School of Management, where they focused on developing leadership skills and specializing in Business Analytics. Santiago also worked at Citi as a Director in ECM (Equity Capital Markets), leading capital-raising efforts and providing strategic advisory services for public and private offerings.

Santiago Guzman holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Analytics from the MIT Sloan School of Management. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science (MSc) in Investment Management at Bayes Business School. In their undergraduate studies, Santiago earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Chemical Engineering, with a minor in Business Administration, from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
