LeShaun is responsible for all Capano Management’s Human Resources matters. She provides advocacy and support to over 400 employees and 12 business lines, as well as fulfilling administrative functions such as HR and Benefits Compliance, Payroll, Benefits, 401K, Workers’ Compensation, Onboarding and Separations of all employees.
Ongoing projects include keeping up with the daily law and compliance changes within the government, updating safety programs and system technology, developing training programs and guides, and nurturing a diverse and inclusive culture.
She earned a Master’s Degree in HR Management from Wilmington University and her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from Lincoln University.
