Kersten Thiele

Kersten Thiele, OLY, is a Business Consultant at Capco since May 2024, specializing in agile methodologies. Prior to this role, Kersten served as an Entrepreneurial Innovation Partner at launchlabs Berlin, enabling transformations through agile and collaborative practices, and previously worked as a Working Student and Intern in Agile Coaching at the same company.
