Sajid Mohammad is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and project management within the insurance and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Cloud Operations Lead at New York Life Insurance Company since January 2021, Sajid previously held multiple roles at Cigna, including Release Management Team Lead and Production Readiness Lead, focusing on ensuring smooth transitions between delivery and support. With a background in managing software delivery and overseeing project management at CIGNA Healthcare and Satyam, Sajid has demonstrated expertise in creating support models, training plans, and implementing proactive monitoring and DevOps automation. Sajid's career began as a Computer Programmer at SERC, evolving through various technical and managerial positions across several organizations. An alumnus of Acharya Nagarjuna University, Sajid obtained education from 1991 to 1995.
