Rebecca Parrondo

Rebecca Parrondo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Rebecca began their career at IBM as an Accounts Analyst and later became the UK & Ireland Accounts Team Leader. After that, they worked at Tempero as an HR Officer, gaining valuable financial, HR, and business knowledge. Rebecca also took on the role of Management Accountant / Finance Director's Assistant at Tempero.

Rebecca then joined England a Medida as an HR Generalist before transitioning to the University of London, where they served as an HR and Recruitment Advisor and later as an HR Project Coordinator. Rebecca then moved to Capcom and worked as an HR Advisor, UK HR Manager at Framestore, and HR Manager at Capcom.

Rebecca'smost recent roles include European HR Manager and currently holds the position of Head of HR at Capcom.

Rebecca Parrondo has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Business Studies with Spanish from the University of Brighton, obtained in 2001. In 2000-2001, they also pursued a degree in Licenciatura en Administración y Dirección de Empresas from Universidad CEU San Pablo. Later, in 2012, they completed a CIPD Foundation Certificate in Human Resource Practice from London South Bank University. Rebecca'seducation continued with an MSc in Human Resource Management from Birkbeck, University of London, where they graduated in 2015.
