Rica Landreneau has a diverse work experience that spans different industries. They began their career as a Writing Tutor at UC Berkeley, where they worked individually with students and led group workshops to develop writing skills. They later worked as a Math Tutor before joining Adteractive, Inc. as a Search Engine Marketing Analyst, where they managed and optimized search engine marketing campaigns.
Next, Rica became an Associate Product Manager at Adteractive, Inc., managing various search marketing technology projects and serving as a liaison between business and technical teams. They were then promoted to Product Manager, Natural Search, where they developed and implemented search engine optimization and marketing strategies for Education clients.
Rica further expanded their career by joining Ubisoft as an Associate Producer, managing game production processes and evaluating milestones. They were later promoted to Associate Producer II and then Producer, simultaneously managing multiple game titles with multiple developers and overseeing project profitability.
After Ubisoft, Rica worked at - WRKSHP - as a Producer (Team Lead), managing production for Battle Camp and Beat Fever. They implemented Agile practices, resulting in improved timeliness and quality of deliveries.
Most recently, Rica joined Capcom and held various roles, including Data Analyst, Producer II, Director of Product Operations & Submissions, and their current role as Director of Business Operations. They oversee departments, manage projects, develop operational support practices, and collaborate with international teams for market research and consumer insights initiatives.

Rica Landreneau holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Prior to their MBA, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Applied Mathematics with an Industrial Engineering and Operations Research emphasis, along with a minor in Education, from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, they hold a certificate in Python from Hackbright Academy, obtained in 2017. Rica Landreneau has also obtained certifications in "Innovating with Data" from IDEO U (in progress) and as a "Certified ScrumMaster" from Scrum Alliance in 2010.
