Alex Baroiant

Alex Baroiant is Cape’s Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Alex oversees the accounting, corporate finance, treasury, investor relations, human resources, and business support functions at Cape.

Prior to joining Cape, Alex was Corporate Controller at Guardian Analytics, a fraud analytics AI startup serving the banking industry. His career began nearly 20 years ago in corporate finance with Silicon Graphics, and continued with responsibilities in finance operations, financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy at VMware, Fortinet, and Synopsys, before moving on to startups.

Alex earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo.
