Ruza Radich

Ruza Radich has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ruza began their career in 2005 as a KidSpace Employee at Pacific Athletic Club. In 2009, they interned at the Santa Clara County Office of the Public Defender before joining Mahamedi Paradice Kreisman LLP as a Patent Administrator. At this law firm, they supported attorneys in preparing cases, creating status reports, and managing patent files.

In 2013, Radich transitioned to Juno Labs LLC, where they served as Support in Sales and Marketing. As an Executive Assistant to the Head of Marketing, they also led the Support Team, created a Support website, and handled inquiries. Additionally, they produced monthly newsletters and marketed products on social media platforms.

Radich then joined BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant in Oncology Clinical Sciences on a temporary basis. In this role, they assisted with administrative tasks, such as copying, filing, expenses, and travel arrangements. Ruza also collaborated with other departments and helped in preparing materials for staff and offsite meetings.

In 2014, Radich transitioned to Foster + Partners as a Secretarial Administrator, providing administrative support to the company. Ruza then joined Oracle in 2016 as an Executive Assistant for the GVP of Oracle Market and Competitive Intelligence, managing various executive support duties until 2017.

Most recently, Radich worked at Cape Analytics, Inc. as an Executive Assistant to the CEO and Office Manager, starting in September 2017.

Ruza Radich attended San Jose State University from 2008 to 2013. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
