Ceci Phelan Stiles

Ceci Phelan Stiles currently serves as the Director of DEI and Interpreter Services at Cape Cod Healthcare since January 2000. In this role, Ceci manages all aspects of interpreter services and diversity training to ensure high quality medical care and customer service. With previous experience as a Spanish Medical Interpreter, Lead Trainer at Culture Smart, Coordinator of Services at The International Educator, and Assistant International Students Office at Shelton State Community College, Ceci has a wealth of experience in intercultural communication and coordination. Ceci holds a Master's degree in Intercultural Relations from Lesley University and a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from The University of Alabama.
