Elizabeth Severt

Elizabeth Severt has extensive experience in environmental management, currently serving as the Strategy & Performance Manager at Cape Fear Public Utility Authority since October 2008, with a progression through roles including Environmental Program Manager, Environmental Lead Auditor, and Environmental Compliance Assistance Officer. Prior to this, Elizabeth worked as an Environmental Technician for the NC Department of Environmental and Health and Natural Resources, where responsibilities included collecting water samples along the North Carolina to South Carolina border. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership in the Public Sector from North Carolina State University (2019-2023), an Associate in Applied Science in Marine Technology from Cape Fear Community College (2006-2008), and an Associate of Science in Biology from Cape Fear Community College (2004-2006).
