Rachelle Samia is an experienced recruiter with a solid background in staffing and human resources. Currently serving as a Recruiter at Cape Fox Shared Services since June 2019, Rachelle supports federal contracting services while promoting tourism through affiliated businesses. Prior experience includes a role as Corporate Recruiter at Niznik Behavioral Health, where Rachelle contributed to enhancing access to behavioral health services, and as a Recruiter, Staffing Coordinator, and Administrative Assistant at Encore Rehabilitation Services, overseeing HR functions for multiple skilled nursing facilities.
