Christopher Weller

Christopher Weller is a seasoned labor and employment law attorney with over 20 years of experience. As a Shareholder/Partner at Capell & Howard, P.C. since April 1995, Weller has successfully defended clients in various lawsuits related to discrimination and has represented the State of Alabama in significant employment class action cases. Prior to this role, Weller served as an Associate Attorney at Burr & Forman LLP from 1991 to 1995, focusing on litigation representation and legal counsel aimed at avoiding disputes. Weller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Furman University, earned from 1980 to 1984.
