Chad Henderson

Chad Henderson is a seasoned professional in program management and instructional design with extensive experience across various educational institutions and consulting roles. Currently serving as Senior Program Manager for Innovation at Capella University since May 2021, Chad oversees academic innovation initiatives. Previous positions include Manager of Design & Development at Capella University and Associate Executive Director at the University of Minnesota, where responsibilities encompassed event planning, marketing, and online learning. Chad co-founded Yellow Umbrella Coaching & Consulting in June 2023 and actively engages as a member of the Park Advisory Board for the City of Blaine, Minnesota. An educational background includes a Master's degree in Leadership from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
