Lisa Kreeger

Lisa Kreeger, PhD, RN, serves as the Dean of the School of Nursing and Health Sciences at Capella University since June 2010, focusing on enhancing the learner experience through collaborative leadership and innovation in nursing programs. Kreeger holds extensive experience in academia and healthcare consulting, including roles such as Chair of Undergraduate Nursing, Director of Curriculum Consulting at Wolters Kluwer, and Managing Director of EduNurse Change Advisors, which specialized in curriculum change and faculty effectiveness. Kreeger has also contributed to research ethics as the Chair of the Ethics Committee at Antioch University and has held various leadership positions, including a role on the Village Council of Yellow Springs. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Leadership & Change from Antioch University and an MSN in Nursing from Drexel University.
