Theresa M. Kascsak, PhD, LCMHCS (NC), LPC (VA), NCC, RPT-S has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Theresa M. Kascsak, began their career in 1989 serving in the US Navy as a Lieutenant Commander, where they gained experience in operational planning, management, and leadership. From 1997 to 2000, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at APL, focusing on recruiting, retention, benefits, career development, and employee welfare. In 2008, they transitioned to the healthcare field and worked as a Clinical Care Manager at ValueOptions, Inc.® until 2012.
