Naushad Kapasi

Naushad Kapasi has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Naushad currently works as an Associate Vice President, Client Partner at CapeStart since 2023. Prior to this, they were a Technology Consulting Lead at Clarivate from 2021 to 2023, where they were responsible for leading consulting engagements and business development in the Life Sciences and Healthcare sector. From 2007 to 2021, Naushad held the role of Sr. Director Client Partner at Virtusa, managing strategic clients and driving revenue growth in the Healthcare and Life Sciences segments. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Program Manager at Manhattan Associates from 2004 to 2007, leading product development projects and collaborating with various teams. Naushad also has experience as a Program Manager at Emptoris from 2002 to 2004, a Sr. Product Manager at Computer Associates, Inc (Netegrity) from 2000 to 2002, and a Product Manager at EC Cubed from 1997 to 2000. Naushad began their career as a Software Engineer at Syntel Inc. in 1994 and later worked at Universal Software Corp and Wipro in similar roles.

Naushad Kapasi completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Pune Institute of Computer Technology from 1988 to 1992.
