Elayna Roberts

Elayna Roberts is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources and previously as Director of Human Capital at Capewell, Elayna has demonstrated expertise in managing human resources functions. Prior to this, Elayna held the position of Human Resources Manager at Rowland Advanced Polymer Films and contributed to training and development at Okay Industries, Inc. Elayna's earlier experience includes serving as an Account Manager at Westaff and fulfilling several roles at Springfield College AmeriCorps, including Interim Program Director. Elayna's educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a License in Counselor Education from Springfield College, along with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology.
