Erin Macaluso

Erin Macaluso, CPA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Capewell since May 2023. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Director of Finance at Paradigm Precision from April 2017 to May 2023, overseeing the Accounting and Financial Planning departments. Erin's extensive experience at Pratt & Whitney, spanning from 2000 to 2017, included roles such as Manager of FP&A, Controller of Power Systems, and Manager of various finance-related functions, with responsibilities including forecasting, business case analysis, and management of budgets. Erin began the professional career as Supervisor of Audit at Haggett Longobardi from 1995 to 2000. Erin holds an MBA in Finance and a BS in Accounting from the University of Connecticut.
