Eugene De Villiers

Eugene De Villiers has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Eugene currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pepkor Payments and Lending, where they lead the integration of Capfin and Tenacity Financial Services to facilitate exponential growth in Payments and Lending. Prior to this role, they were the Chief Executive Officer and Founding Member of Tenacity Financial Services, where they successfully launched the payments start-up and built a team of senior executives. Eugene also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Capfin, a company focused on providing affordable loan products and services. In addition, Eugene has experience in founding a fintech startup called BLUE WAZZOO. Eugene previously held positions in Pepkor Holdings Limited, where they identified growth opportunities in financial services, and RCS, where they launched new products and achieved significant profitability and customer base growth. Earlier in their career, Eugene held leadership roles in Nedbank and Edcon, where they contributed to the growth and introduction of new financial services products.
