Lance Edris Griffith has worked in numerous roles since 1982. LANCE EDRIS began their career in the United States Air Force as a Security Police/Billeting E3-E5 in 1982, and later served as the Director of IT Operations - Services Sq - GS13/14 from 1992 to 1996. From 1996 to 1999, they worked as an Enterprise Solutions Consultant for Paranet Solutions, engineering and architecting enterprise solutions for Fortune 500 companies. From 1999 to 2002, they worked at Sprint in various roles, including Executive Manager - Sales Operations, Enterprise Sales Operations Executive, and Director of Knowledge Management. In 2002, they founded and became CEO of CAPFIVE Technology Solutions. In 2017, they became CEO of CMIT Solutions of Houston. In 2019, they became CEO/Owner of CMIT Solutions of Houston - Katy and CMIT Solutions of Houston - Willowbrook, and also took on the roles of Membership Director and Chairman - Annual Veteran Food Drive Convoy at The American Legion, and Executive Board Member/Treasurer at Shelley Supporters for the Arts (Idaho).
Lance Edris Griffith obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Louisiana State University between 1984 and 1993. LANCE EDRIS then obtained a BS and MS in Information Systems Mgmt/MS Business Mgmt Focus: Info Sys from the University of Maryland between 1984 and 1999. LANCE EDRIS also obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in Japanese Language and Okinawa Culture from the University of the Ryukyus between 1992 and 1994. Additionally, they obtained certifications from various institutions, including SonicWall, Microsoft, Oracle, Sun Microsystems, and Cisco, between 1996 and 2011.
