Sabine Rachor

Sabine Rachor is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, human resources, and organizational change. Currently serving as the Head of Learning & Development for Northern and Central Europe at Capgemini since October 2018, Rachor has held various prominent positions within Capgemini, including HR Director for Germany and Vice President. Previous roles include Executive Director Advisory at EY, where Rachor focused on People & Organizational Change, and HR Excellence Leader for Hewitt Associates across several European regions. Rachor began a career in consulting at CSC PLOENZKE AG and has a diploma from The Julius Maximilians University of Würzburg.
