Catalin Rotaru

Catalin Rotaru is the co-founder and CTO of Caphyon. They have a Master's degree in Computer Science from Facultatea de Economie si Administrarea Afacerilor and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the same institution. Catalin has a background as a software engineer at XDegrees and Netscape, and also worked as a web programmer at Top Edge Engineering. They completed high school at Carol I (ex Nicolae Balcescu).
