Natacha Hentges

Natacha Hentges serves as the Director of Employee Communications & Engagement at QuadReal Property Group since September 2024. Previously, Natacha held various roles at Rogers Communications from August 2008 to September 2024, including Director of Internal Communications, where responsibilities included supporting executive leadership and developing communications programs to foster a high-performing culture. Natacha's extensive experience also includes managing communications for People & Culture, channel marketing, and direct sales teams, along with early career roles in customer service and repair management. Natacha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Concordia University and began education at Vanier College from 2002 to 2004.
