Shailesh Balachandran

Shailesh Balachandran currently serves as Senior Vice President of Design & Construction at QuadReal Property Group, playing a key role in the Oakridge Centre Redevelopment project in Vancouver, British Columbia. Previously, Shailesh held the position of Vice President of Preconstruction Services at EllisDon Corporation, overseeing significant projects totaling over $875 million. Additional experience includes project management roles at Stuart Olson Construction and Hardin Construction Co., LLC, as well as Development Manager for Hotels at Emaar Properties PJSC in Dubai. Shailesh holds a Master's degree in Construction Management from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from the University of Mumbai.
