Chad Towle

Chad Towle is an experienced Senior Engineering Manager at Capillary Technologies since October 2023, previously serving as Engineering Manager (Director) at Homepoint from September 2020 to November 2023, where Chad led a custom development team focused on delivering tailored broker experiences and mortgage payment systems, utilizing fully cloud-enabled ecosystems. Before that, Chad spent 15 years at Intertech as a Senior Staff Consultant, taking on various technical roles across multiple industries, including healthcare, finance, and law enforcement. Chad's career began with positions at Ecolab as a Senior Systems Analyst and Bluestem Systems as a Software Development Consultant, along with earlier roles at St. Paul Companies and Tomahawk Reservation Scout Camp. Chad holds a BA in Biology, Computer Science, and English Literature from Saint John's University, completed in 1996, and graduated from Two Harbors High School in 1992.
