Sunil Jain

Sunil Jain (Bordia) is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate development, financial planning and analysis, and internal auditing. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Development at Capillary Technologies, Sunil oversees mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, strategy, IPO processes, and investor relations. Previous roles include Head of Finance and Global Head of FP&A at Embassy Group, where Sunil led financial management for various real estate projects and improved technology and automation through advanced business intelligence tools. A background in internal audit is evident from positions at Accenture and KPMG, where Sunil contributed to risk management and process improvement efforts for global clients.
