Swobhagya, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in leading projects and optimizing data processes. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Engagement Manager at Capillary Technologies since March 2018, Swobhagya has held various roles, including Senior Business Analyst. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Data Operations at Hike, where a dynamic team was led to enhance critical data processes for innovative technologies like Total OS and Hike Messenger. At CREO, Swobhagya operated as a Business Analyst, conducting market research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch the Creo Mark 1 phone. Swobhagya’s career began as a Management Trainee at Kaleyra and is supported by an MBA from the Army Institute of Management, Kolkata, along with a Bachelor of Science from Kuvempu University.
